toolit.me provides free online productivity tools including URL Shortener, Bulk Email Sender, Image to Text OCR, Caption Text Formatter, Math Equation Editor, Media to Link Converter, and File Render Time Checker.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

2.2 Tool-Specific Guidelines

• URL Shortener: Do not create short links to malicious websites, phishing pages, or illegal content
• Bulk Email Sender: Only send emails to recipients who have given consent. Follow CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR regulations. We do not store your email data.
• Image to Text OCR: Do not upload images containing illegal content or violate privacy rights. Images are processed temporarily and immediately deleted.
• Media to Link: Only upload content you own or have permission to share. Files are stored on Cloudinary servers.
• Caption Text Formatter: Processed client-side in your browser. No data sent to our servers.
• Math Equation Editor: Processed entirely in your browser. No server-side storage.
• File Render Time Checker: Analysis done client-side. No files uploaded to our servers.

3.1 What We Store

• URL Shortener: Original URLs, shortened URL codes, creation dates, and click statistics (including IP addresses of visitors)
• Media to Link: Uploaded files are stored on Cloudinary servers to generate shareable links
• Contact Form: Your name, email, and message when you contact us

3.2 What We DON'T Store

• Cookies: We do not use cookies on our website
• Bulk Email Sender: Email addresses and content are processed in real-time only
• Image to Text OCR: Images are processed temporarily and immediately deleted
• Caption Text Formatter: All processing done in your browser
• Math Equation Editor: All processing done in your browser
• File Render Time Checker: All analysis done in your browser

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of toolit.me and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of toolit.me.

4.1 User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you submit to our Service.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR text extraction results
• We are not responsible for email delivery failures or spam filtering
• Shortened URLs may expire or become unavailable without notice
• Uploaded media files are stored on third-party servers (Cloudinary) and may be subject to their policies
• We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLIT.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

• Any misuse of our Bulk Email Sender tool (spam, phishing, etc.)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may also delete your shortened URLs and uploaded files.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to use our Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

toolit.me may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising services.

These advertisers may collect information about your visits to provide relevant advertisements. We do not control these third-party technologies.
